Blase Bordelon, FIBA Technologies’ Quality Safety Manager in Rayne, Louisiana, has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 training certificate, enabling him further expand his role in FIBA’s service center.
Having only joined FIBA in June 2024, Blase’s new qualification (ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor – quality manager) will enable him to uphold the highest quality standards for FIBA’s products. This will include ensuring that the Quality Management System is updated properly.
As an Internal Auditor, Blase will apply root cause analysis to FIBA’s service offer and drive continuous improvement throughout the facility.
“One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing the entire production process from start to finish,” explains Blase. “My bosses and co-workers are incredibly helpful in teaching me the necessary requirements to ensure that our customers’ needs are met, while also adhering to DOT and OSHA guidelines.”
