Natural Gas Fueling Stations
As a leading provider of compressed natural gas (CNG) technology since the 1970’s, FIBA offers a wide variety of products to meet the demands of its customers within the growing CNG industry. A well-known and trusted name in natural gas technology, FIBA is backed by a proven track record of successful CNG fueling station installations, manufactures most of the components required for the stations in-house, and has close working relationships with many major natural gas fueling station providers.
FIBA’s current offering of CNG equipment to meet your needs includes: Superjumbo Tube Trailers, ASME Receivers, Type 2 and Type 4 Carbon Wrapped Pressure Vessels up to 15,000-psi, Trailer-Mounted Systems, and Stationary Daughter Fueling Stations that include Pressure Reducing Stations, Tube Trailer Fill Stanchions, and Cascade Controls.
Hydrogen Fueling Stations
The hydrogen fuel market is another emerging customer base FIBA is positioned to serve. As the only company currently capable of producing hydrogen fueling vessels with working pressures up to 1,000 bar and capacities up to 700 liters, FIBA is the ideal supplier of stationary storage vessels for hydrogen fueling stations. By holding an RP Certificate of Authorization from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NB), FIBA is authorized to manufacture Class I fiber reinforced pressure vessels in accordance with the ASME Section X. Using the carbon filament winding method to overlay a seamless steel liner with carbon fibers, FIBA will manufacture ultra-high pressure ASME tubes ideally suited for hydrogen and CNG fueling stations using cascade systems for fast filling of alternative fuel vehicles.
