FIBA Technologies’ Matt Sbrogna has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. He now oversees manufacturing at FIBA’s Massachusetts headquarters, including production planning and coordination across the teams that support the company’s global operations.
He also directs the company’s IT operations and manages the procurement of raw materials used to manufacture FIBA’s extensive range of pressure vessels.
As well as his Massachusetts role, Matt played a central part in the development of FIBA’s first European manufacturing facility in Trelleborg, Sweden which began manufacturing in early 2026.
Matt joined FIBA in 2008, and he is now an integral member of FIBA’s leadership team overseeing performance reporting, capacity planning, capital investments, and long-term operational strategy.
