An interesting report in H2 View magazine (https://www.h2-view.com/magazine/) this week says that the installed capacity of hydrogen projects across Europe could reach 1GW this year. The claim is made in a report by research and consultancy firm LCP Delta (www.delta-ee.com) which also confirms that around 2GW of projects is in line to be commissioned.
LCP Delta’s study has outlined key indicators that it says will reveal the progress being made in 2023, all of which point towards greater hydrogen use and therefore a rise in the future need for more hydrogen pressure vessels for storage and transportation.
The fourth point above is of particular interest to FIBA Technologies. It has long been argued that an increase in the capacity of hydrogen pressure vessels for transportation and for storage is paramount.
LCP Delta deploys a platform named HYbase which it says allows the tracking of project updates for green hydrogen across Europe in one easy to use system. It explains it here https://www.delta-ee.com/research-services/hydrogen-intelligence-service/

There is a lot of information to work through and the European hydrogen market is certainly in a state of growth in terms of capacity and reach in terms of geography. It is interesting to study how the green hydrogen sector is now becoming increasingly seen as a central plank of the pan-European market.
FIBA Technologies is a key supplier of hydrogen pressure vessels to the market worldwide and is seen as a major partner within the plan for growth of the hydrogen sector globally.
