FIBA Technologies’ East Greenville, PA site has hired three new full-time employees, bucking the trend where manufacturers across the US have been struggling to find new staff.

The new full-time members of staff include two assemblers and a painters’ assistant.

Plant Manager Mike Poltorak comments: “We feel that things are taking a turn for the better here in PA.  Not only have we successfully hired new full-time colleagues, but we have also taken on a new part-time member of the team to help in the parts room.

“This is all driven by a growing demand from customers and we have had to bolster the team with new people who have the appropriate skills.  It’s great to welcome them onboard.”
