FinnCo, the vaporizer arm of FIBA Technologies Inc., has completed a move into a fully-refurbished 10,000 sq ft facility in Louisville, Kentucky and is ramping up its manufacturing capabilities to produce a full range of ambient vaporizers to meet a rapidly-growing demand.
FinnCo engineers and manufactures a complete line of low-pressure, high-pressure and pressure-building ambient vaporizers which operate with cryogenic tanks made by FIBA and other tank manufacturers. In all, FinnCo manufactures over 20 different sized vaporizers which are expandable, modular, stackable and customizable.
The vaporizers have a wide-gap design for superior air flow and wider fins to give the maximum surface area.
FinnCo’s standard high-pressure line is built with a stainless steel lining and is designed for a maximum allowable pressure of 6,000 PSI. Its low-pressure, ambient, cryogenic vaporizer line is designed for a maximum pressure of 600 PSI, while the pressure-building vaporizers are designed for a 600 PSI maximum.
Monel lined models are also available.
Sales Director Chris Finn oversaw the move and commented: “The increase in demand for vaporizers across the United States – as well as in South American and the Caribbean – is partly driven by the urgent medical fight against the Covid pandemic, which employs vaporizers for treatment. Our increased production capabilities are also motivated by the requirements of various industrial customers to have faster access to these key products.
“The expansion and renovation of the Louisville site is a major step forward for FinnCo which is establishing itself as a key national and international supplier of ambient vaporizers.
“Our priorities now are to manufacture for stock to then ship out across Kentucky and Ohio.”
