FIBA JUMBO/SUPERJUMBO TUBES

This table provides specifications for individual tubes. The first link to the right of Tube Length provides a chart of tube dimensions and gas payloads for each individual tube length.  The second link provides a summary of the gas capacities of trailers or skids manufactured with the particular tube length selected. Choose any tube specification and length to determine the size of equipment that is most appropriate for your payload and pressure requirements!

NOTES: All gas payloads, except CNG, consider a 10% overfill. In the case of 3AAX tubes, all payloads, except CNG, consider an operating pressure of 2,815-psig. For 3AAX tubes in CNG service the operating pressure is 2,559-psig. In the case of 3T-2400 tubes, the payloads consider an operating pressure of 2,640-psig and, in the 

case of 3T-2850 tubes, the payloads consider an average operating pressure of 3,166-psig. In the case of 40’ long, 3T-2850 tubes, payloads consider an average water volume of 93.0 cu. ft. (40’ long tubes do not apply to FIBA 

skids). All volumes are at 70°F. Wherever a Trailer/Skid Capacity table indicates OVERWEIGHT, this condition applies to a tube trailer  that is operating on USA roadways with a tractor that weighs more than 16,500 lbs.
