has full rehabilitiation capability
at all locations. This includes 100%
of the materials from the barrel out,
to include hydrostatic, acoustic emission
and ultrasonic test of the barrel, DOT
test of the vehicle, new vapor barrier,
insulation, jacket, undercarriage, piping,
pumping, metering, high gloss 10 year
coating, and professional application
of labels, decals and logo to customer
