Job Tasks: (1st & 2nd Shift) Assembles/dissembles tube trailers, performs general labor, maintenance and clean-up.

CNC Machinist - Millbury, MA
Job Tasks: (2nd Shift) Sets up and operates vertical CNC center and CNC horizontal lathes.
Job Requirements:: 3-5 years experience with controlled turning and milling machines. Able to read blueprints and machine small parts to tight tolerances; familiar with measuring devices. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Brinnell Tester - Millbury, MA
Job Tasks: (3nd Shift) Handle multi-ton steel pressure vessels using overhead crane and forklifts. Use hardness testing equipment and other measuring tools for dimensional check of vessels.
Job Requirements:: Possess mechanical aptitude, basic math skills and ability to fill out reports with information gathered in testing process. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs., stoop, crawl, bend, crouch, climb and kneel. Crane experience helpful.

Job Tasks: (3nd Shift) Using overhead crane loads multi-ton steel tubes on platform and blasts inside of tube with steel shot. Enters data into MAS500.

Purchasing Manager - Millbury, MA
Job Tasks: Manages and coordinates activities of buyers and support staff engaged in purchasing and distributing raw materials, equipment, machinery and supplies from vendors to maintain FIBA production levels. Purchase and negotiate all vendor supplied services as well as coordinate delivery times. Obtain product and/or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule. Insure cost reductions by vendor interaction, product comparison and knowledge by continuously managing relationships. Perform all purchasing functions in a heavy manufacturing environment. Support all MRO activities within the organization.

Job Tasks:(1st Shift) Abrades surfaces of metal on trailers, skids and miscellaneous equipment to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust and dirt to a specified finish by using abrasive blasting equipment.
Job Requirements:: 3+ months experience. Familiar with metal shot, sandblaster, air and pressure regulators and small hand tools. Experience with overhead crane operation. Job Tasks: (1st Shift) Follows blueprints to bend, shape and fabricate manifold tubing. Welds to chassis, truck trailers and skids using TIG welder.

Mechanical Designer - Millbury, MA
Job Tasks: Generate 3D solid and assembly models and 2D drawings with BOMs for cryogenic storage tanks, trailer, piping and vaporizers. Document design changes including changes to existing drawings, BOMs and ECO. Create BOMs and routings using ERP. Interpret and ensure conformance to applicable standards, codes and policies including ASME Y14.5M.
Job Requirements:: Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, 8 years experience in mechanical design, experience with SAGE MAS 500 and Microsoft office is a plus. Associates Degree, Technical Certification in Mechanical Design.

Job Tasks: (2nd Shift) Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains and installs manufacturing equipment. Installs piping systems conveying compressed air, gases, hydraulic fluids, steam, water and slurries, etc.

Director, Non-Destructive Testing - Millbury, MA
Job Tasks: (1st Shift) Directs and manages activities related to in-house and external non-destructive testing procedures. Reports on manufactured high pressure vessels and ensures safe usage and transportation per government regulations.
Job Requirements: BS degree in science or engineering related discipline preferred but not necessary if Level III ACCP certified. Must have level III certification in UT, MP, AE, DP and VT with radiography testing a plus. Requires 10 years experience with 4 years supervisory experience preferably of multi-site facilities.

Mechanic - Rayne, LA
Job Tasks: (2nd Shift) Performs maintenance, repair and troubleshooting duties on a variety of manufacturing equipment and on the building and grounds to ensure that everything is operating in good order. Performs maintenance and repairs on tube trailer chassis, vacuum pumps, low and high voltage wiring, pneumatic and VFD drive systems, air compressors, shot blasters, overhead cranes and welding equipment. Performs preventative maintenance on building and grounds which includes: office equipment, plumbing and electrical systems. Performs minor construction work.

Job Tasks: (1st Shift) Inspects materials and final product to insure compliance of FIBA products to customer specs, DOT, ASME, ABS and other regulatory agencies. Interacts with multiple departments.
