provide bulk transport trailers and intermodal
skid containers.

Trailers
Several of our
facilities can manufacture new, bulk, liquid CO2
transport trailers like the one pictured to the
right. The equipment is built to the
applicable DOT and HM-183 requirements and a
variety of pump and drive options are
available. |

FIBA also has
full rehabilitation capabilities at all
locations. This includes 100% of the materials
from the barrel out, to include hydrostatic,
acoustic emission and ultrasonic examination of
the barrel, DOT testing of the vehicle, new
vapor barrier, insulation, jacket,
undercarriage, piping, pumping, metering,
high-gloss coating, and professional application
of labels, placards and logo decals. Should full
rehabilitation not be necessary or desired, all
of our facilities offer the PKVI tests and minor
repairs of any trailer

Due to our
affiliation with TOMCO2
Equipment Company, FIBA is able
to offer vacuum-jacketed, liquid CO2, ISO
containers. Starting with an inner barrel
manufactured by TOMCO2, the highly skilled
technicians at FIBA's Louisville, KY facility
package a complete, 20', portable tank. Our
rugged, 20', ISO containers are approved for
transporting liquid carbon dioxide by truck or
ship to destinations worldwide. We offer two (2)
tank models- 17.1 and 21.2 tons. A pump is not
standard, but it is an option. The tanks are
certified by the American Bureau of
Shipping (ABS). |
